The infineon 6ns memory chip... With our card, we 'conservatively' overclocked it to 140mhz core and 340mhz (170mhz DDR) memory. The new Quake III scores were far from dissapointing. We used the 'high quality' setting as this setting gives us the most accurate reading of the cards capabilities... High Quality Resolution 120/300 140/340 640x480 86.5 86.6 800x600 81.5 83.2 1024x768 63.0 69.6 1280x1024 36.0 42.1 As it can be seen above, at 1024x768 we gained a 6.6fps, which is roughly a 10.5% performance increase.
