Sisoft Sandra 2002

Sisoft Sandra is a widely used banchmark which enables us to test many aspects of a system such as the memory subsytem performance, CPU performance in both arithmetic and multimedia applications, file system speed, and more. It does incorporate some comparison data, but for these benchmarks, we will be comparing to another board which was used on the same tested for accuracy's sake.

As we can see, both the DFI i845 based board and the Gigabyte SiS650 based board perform almost identically, with the exception of the CPU Arithmetic ALU benchmark, in which the SiS's performance is a good 150 points ahead.

Madonion PCMARK 2002

A new benchmark from MadOnion, that tests 3 different aspects of your PC's performance, the HDD performance, the CPU performance, and the Memory performance.

Once again, practically indentical results.
