The Subwoofer

Look at the size of this thing! And look at the picture below featuring the heat sink that cools the amp!

Inside this huge box lies a 188w, 8” sub. The speaker wire clamps make it easy to unplug and plug in the speakers, also allowing longer/higher quality speaker wire to be used, unlike other speaker manufacturers that have the speaker wire soldered directly to the speaker not allowing the changing of wire. Thumbs up to Logitech for that. I think the heat sink mounted on this baby is a bit overkill, as even after a lot of playing at high volumes, the sub only gets a tad warm, not enough to be worried about.

So, speakers plug into sub, SoundTouch Control Center plug into sub and to soundcard, sub goes to power and you’re all set and ready for some serious wall rumbling! What is the 'SoundTouch Control Center' you ask? Well read on...
